Designer or Essential Oils?

C__Data_Users_DefApps_AppData_INTERNETEXPLORER_Temp_Saved Images_untitled(5)What is your favorite fragrance? Is it a famous designer fragrance or do you prefer natural essential oils? If you could get your everyday bath and body products with your favorite scent, would you?

Does natural ingredients matter or does it matter what you put on your skin? Vegetarians and vegan tend to lean towards the natural products as they are on a journey of mind, body, and soul cleansing. Most other people don’t think twice about what they are putting on their skin.

I prefer to use 100% all natural handmade bath and body even hair products because I myself am a vegetarian. I decided to become a vegetarian simply because I saw a video on how the animals are killed to feed the people. It was heart wrenching to watch. I cried for nearly 30 minutes. It was at that moment that I knew I would never eat another piece of meat. I still eat fish 😏 though.

After I stopped eating meat, now I had to check out the ingredients in my hair and skin products. I found out that all of the products had swine by products, mainly fat. I was grossed out and encouraged all at the same time. So I started making my own hair and skin products. That way, I get to choose what goes on my skin. I have that power to true to myself.

Some of the ingredients I use are Shea butter, mango butter, coconut oil, and olive oil. Essential oils are a must since they all play a vital role in healthy skin, not to mention they smell amazing. My favorite is lavender. I love the color and the scent. But I especially love the way it naturally lulls me to sleep.

Whipped body butters, soaps, candles, and sugar scrubs are all ways for me to incorporate essential oils into my daily routine. If anyone is interested in handmade bath and body products, either for gifts or to pamper yourself, simply message me.

I Stay True To Me

I started my shop, Rossie’s Bath Treats, on a whim. I became a vegetarian, stopped putting chemicals I my hair and on my skin literally over night. I was watching a video on YouTube about how big corporations process animals for meat. What I found out broke my heart. I cried for hours, and it was in that moment, I knew that I had to become a naturalist. Everything I eat, wear, put on my skin, as well as in my hair is 100% all natural. I even make sure my dogs are completely natural.

Since being on this journey, I’ve learned a lot of vital information that has changed my life for the better. My health has dramatically changed. I am no longer threatening diabetes. My cholesterol levels are down. I’ve lost weight naturally, and my skin glows daily. I couldn’t be happier with this new life.

To Help or Not To Help?

Good afternoon to all of my fb friends and family. I have a delima. My kitchen floor has a soft spot and I’m afraid it will not hold up for long. I’m not asking for handouts. But I am asking everyone to help us out by purchasing our all natural bath and body products. We don’t know how much time we have before it caves in and since the weather has changed, my husband hasn’t had much work. Please everyone donate to this worthy cause. Inbox me for details if interested in helping out.

Essential oils or Deaigner Fragrances

Which do you prefer? I personally prefer essential oils because they come directly from the plants of the earth. Designer fragrances are made of a very small portion of natural ingredients, but the rest of the ingredients are not natural. Alcohol and water are too of the Mai ingredients.

I ask everyone reading this to list what type of oils you prefer and post also if you would like them in natural bath 🛀 and body products. This would be a great help to me.

I Love Being An Entrepreneur

there is no greater feeling than to be in business for yourself. My day is like anyone else’s. I get up around 8am, get the coffee going, eat breakfast and take care of my dogs. The only different is, I don’t have to answer to anyone other than my husband. Together we make the perfect pair.

We start our work by 9 or 10am, it really depends on how we feel. . We have to maintain a high level of service to our customers because we deal with all natural ingredients. We offer bath 🛀 and body products and we ship here in the U.S.

Natural or Weave?

I’m just venting right now I guess. I just have a problem with women of color that claim to be natural, but will go to extra lengths to buy the best weaves from around the world. I don’t get that. How can a person claim to be truly natural when they won’t wear their own hair? That doesn’t make sense to me.

For those of us that are truly natural, we don’t care what the world has to say about our naturally kinky hair. That’s the hair we were born with and we do wear it proudly. We have those days when we really don’t want to do any thing with it, but that’s just the struggle we go through to be real to ourselves.

I have never worn a weave because for one, I know where it comes from. I don’t want anyone else’s hair in my head. I think that’s nasty and just plain wrong. Every black woman on this planet was born with beautiful hair. Instead of trying to get to know their hair or learn to take care of it so that it can grow to enormous lengths, black women will instead allow the hair to become brutally dry and damaged. Why not do what our mothers and grandmothers did when they were young? Remember hair grease? That is the only thing that really saves our hair. We can’t wash our hair every day or every week like our counterparts. We have natural oils in our hair that allows for growth.

Try oils such as olive, advocado, and/or grapeseed. Even coconut oil is a good source of moisture for any hair type. But wearing weave is not the way. How are you going to have nappy roots but the rest of the “hair” is bone straight? Get real. It’s neither cute not helpful to your own natural hair.
IJS…I’m not here to bash anyone for choosing to do what they do, but what I am saying is that if you say you are all natural, take the weave out. That’s not natural.

Benefits of Natural Ingredients

Have you ever thought about the benefits you could get from using natural or organic ingredients? I have, and I found that the benefits are what all people are looking for. Big corporations do all they can to make consumers believe their products with all of the additives are the best choices, but they fail to mention that all of the additives actually do more harm than good.

Natural ingredients are just that–natural..from the Earth. They provide essential nutrients and vitamins the body needs to thrive. For instance, Shea butter contains vitamin E, which contains antioxidants that fight free radicals. The free radicals cause damage to the skin which later causes cancer.

Coconut oil, in its purest form, can do the body all sorts of good. Coconut oil has antioxidant, anti-microbial and anti-cancer properties that protect the body from within or through absorption. It over time can help reduce the inflammation caused by arthritis.

These are just a couple, but think about this. How beneficial can the products on the shelves be to the body if they contain additives? A preservative is good to keep mold from growing in your products, but what about all of the others? How many preservatives can one jar of body butter have?

When I make my bath and beauty  products, I use only natural ingredients. I don’t add in all of the other stuff. For what reason?

Mom&Pop Shops vs Department Stores

Has anyone ever really considered shopping from mom and pop shops vs the big department stores? I’ve thought about it and let me tell you, I would rather do the small shops rather than the big ones.

For me, I have a hard time breathing in the big department stores because of all the smells in the air. Another reason is there aren’t any truly natural products on the shelves.

Mom and Pop shops sell custom made items that someone had to take time andand money to create. Big department stores sell products that were masse produced in a warehouse. Where’s the love in that?

I run a mom and pop shop out my home selling handmade bath and beauty products. I never make any products unless they are requested first. That ensures the freshness.

MomMom and pop shopsshop ashopctually cater to their customers needs. They listen to what is being said. They care about their customers.

Natural handmade bath products may be slightly different in appearance, but the benefits far outweigh the looks. All of the ingredients used are in their purest forms and not yet processed. That’s where the extra benefits come in.

My products are vegan and vegetarian friendly by which they contain no animal products or by products. I understand how important that is considering I am a vegetarian myself. Go and check out my web store at http://www.freewebstore.org/ynmeessentials and let me know what you think. I offer samples for very cheap.

Natural or Chemicals. Which Do You Prefer?

All I want is to be able to use all natural ingredients on my skin and hair. While doing research on one of my favorite shamoos, I discovered all of them contains some form of tallow (animal fat) and various chemicals.   Now my question to the major corporations is why add chemicals and animal by products and call them natural? How can that be? So instead of continuing to waste my money on shampoos and other bath products, I decided to create my own. That’s when I started YNME Essentials “Beauty the Way Yashiya Intended!” Everything we make is all natural with no chemicals added. We offer bath salts, whipped body butter, soaps,  soy candles, foaming bath bombs, and more.

I got tired of the inevitable disappointments that were sure to come from using big name products. I wasn’t getting that desired look. My hair would always end up either dry and brittle, or it would be too frizzy. My cuticles would be so open that my hair wouldn’t hold on to any moisture. End result? A big frizzy mess!

Now that I use my own hair care products, I get the desired level of moisture that stays in my hair for up to 7 days. I no longer have dry brittle hair that breaks off at the sight of a comb..lol. My hair is soft and manageable. I can run my fingers through it. And it all negan with my peppermint chamom shampoo bars. They are on sale right now for $2.50 a bar. These nars create a rich creamy lather that will moisturize your hair as well as clean it. It will leave your hair smelling so sweet like a peppermint stick!
